What is stored

We store your Google profile identifier, onboarding choices, extracted syllabus text, courses, deadlines, completion state, and Google Calendar event identifiers so the product can provide its core workflow.

Google access

The app requests OpenID profile information and permission to create or update calendar events. It does not request Gmail or Google Drive access. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest.

Files

Uploaded PDF, TXT, and Markdown files are processed to extract text. The current MVP stores the extracted text for review and troubleshooting, but does not expose it publicly.

Third parties

Production operation uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for PostgreSQL, and Google for authentication and Calendar. Each provider processes data under its own terms.

Retention and deletion

This educational implementation is not yet a public commercial service. Before public launch, the operator must publish a support contact and an account deletion/retention procedure.
